Question 1: Why is the Shopping Cart not working for me at all? *

Answer: It should be that you've disabled or blocked 'Cookies' in your Internet Browser. Simply look for the Internet Browser that you're currently using below, follow the step-by-step procedures and you should be able to use the Shopping Cart in no time.

1a) Internet Explorer 7 - Click on Tools on top >> Click on Internet Options >> Go to Privacy tab >> Click on Sites >> In the "Address of website:" textfield, type in "www.epetzjoy.com" (omitting the "") >> Click on Allow >> Click on OK(s) till you reach the main Window >> Logout and Login to ePetzJoy again >> Done..!

1b) Internet Explorer 6 - Click on Tools on top >> Click on Internet Options >> Go to Privacy tab >> Move the Slider to Medium >> Click on Apply >> Click on OK(s) till you reach the main Window >> Logout and Login to ePetzJoy again >> Done..!

1c) Internet Explorer 5.0/5.5 - Click on Tools on top >> Click on Internet Options >> Go to Security tab >> Click on Custom Level >> Look for Cookies >> Enable both options >> Click on OK(s) till you reach the main Window >> Logout and Login to ePetzJoy again >> Done..!

2a) Netscape 7.x - Click on Edit-menu >> Click on Preferences >> Expand the Privacy & Security tab >> Click on Cookies >> Click on Allow cookies based on privacy settings >> Click on View >> Click on Medium >> Click on OK(s) till you reach the main Window >> Logout and Login to ePetzJoy again >> Done..!

2b) Netscape 6.x - Click on Edit-menu >> Click on Preferences >> Expand the Advanced tab >> Click on Cookies >> Click on Enable all cookies >> Click on OK(s) till you reach the main Window >> Logout and Login to ePetzJoy again >> Done..!

2c) Netscape 4.x - Click on Edit-menu >> Click on Preferences >> Expand the Advanced tab >> Click on Cookies >> Click on Accept all cookies >> Click on OK(s) till you reach the main Window >> Logout and Login to ePetzJoy again >> Done..!

3a) Mozilla Firefox/Suite - Click on Tools-menu >> Click on Options >> Click on Privacy tab >> Expand the Cookies section >> Check the Enable cookies and Accept cookies normally >> Click on OK(s) till you reach the main Window >> Logout and Login to ePetzJoy again >> Done..!

3a) Older Mozilla versions - Click on Edit-menu >> Click on Preferences >> Expand the Privacy & Security tab >> Click on Cookies section >> Check the Enable all cookies checkbox >> Click on OK(s) till you reach the main Window >> Logout and Login to ePetzJoy again >> Done..!

4) Opera 7.x - Click on Tools-menu >> Click on Preferences >> Click on Privacy >> Check the Enable cookies checkbox >> Select Accept all cookies under Normal cookies >> Click on OK(s) till you reach the main Window >> Logout and Login to ePetzJoy again >> Done..!

Question 2: I am a NEW customer and i am making my first purchase from ePetzJoy. What extra benefits will i get?

Answer: NEW customers, for your FIRST order, we'll throw in a whopping 15% Discount off ALL your items purchased and as long as you reach a minimum purchase of $30, we'll provide a FREE Delivery for you. Please do note that this Special Discount is only valid for your FIRST order.

Question 3: How much is the delivery charge going to be if i were to make a purchase below $40?

Answer: For NEW customers, we'll provide the first delivery for FREE as long as you reach a minimum prucase of $30. But for subsequent Orders, any purchases below $40 will come with a delivery charge of $10.

Question 4: Is the 'NO GST for ALL products' a promotion event only?

Answer: Nope. It is not a promotion. ALL our items do not carry GST and this great news will be there to stay till further notice.

Question 5: Are all the products found in your website all that you carry?

Answer: Nope. There are still a lot more items to be added into this website. Especially when New Products are available in the market we'll try our best to carry and include them into our website.

Question 6: I can't find the product that i've always been getting outside. Does it mean that it's unrecommended for my pet?

Answer: It depends on the product itself. But however we do only carry healthier and more recognised brands in our website. You can either call us straight at our mobile or send us an email to clear ur doubts.

Answer: The 'Register Here' link is situated inside our Login Area (Bottom Left area of our website on the Home Page). Just simply click on the link and you will be able to get yourself registered to us in no time..!

Question 9: Why can't i pay thru your website straight when i'm submitting my Order to you?

Answer: For security reasons, we've not worked on this area for the Shopping Cart as yet. So for now, we'll still be carrying out the payment methods thru Cash/Cheque-On-Delivery.

Question 10: I have some Feedback in regards to ePetzJoy. How can i have my opinions heard?

Answer: You can make use of our 'Feedback' form to send us any feedback or questions you have in mind. And the great thing about this is you do not even have to register yourself to have your opinions heard..!

Answer: It means that it is a NEW Link or NEW Feature which has just been implemented into our Website. After a few weeks time the Red Star will be removed.
